Corporate Governance

The policies and rules relating to corporate governance are intended to ensure the proper functioning of the main corporate bodies, the management and administration of the Company and, in general, the development of the business, all in accordance with the legislation in force.

In particular, these policies and standards are structured in four parts: (i) corporate governance and compliance policies, (ii) sustainable value chain policies, (iii) Internal audit and risk regulations, and (iv) governance rules for corporate bodies and other internal functions and committees.
